Terms & Conditions

PRIVACY​

  • Intuitive Academics collects information regarding the family for the purpose of registering the children into the education provided. The information will be used for administration purposes and to contact the parent/guardian in the event of an emergency, or purpose directly related to Intuitive Academics. It will not be disclosed to any other party except as required by law in compliance with the Information Privacy Act 2009.

SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

  • Intuitive Academics has a 24-hour exclusion policy for children who are sick, students will not attend the program if suffering from an infectious or communicable disease as identified by the Department of Health.

a. Students found to be ill during the course of their session, he/she will not be allowed to continue to participate in the session and parents will be contacted to pick-up the child immediately. No refunds will be given.

b. If parents were to identify that their child (student) were sick before attending their session, Intuitive Academics will attempt to replace the class to the best of our ability.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

  • Except as otherwise expressly required by law, Intuitive Academics does not accept any liability for personal injury, property damage or loss sustained by any participant as a result of his or her participation of Intuitive Academics sessions due to any cause whatsoever unless caused by the proven negligence of Intuitive Academics its Directors or employees.

  • If a parent has identified that their child (student) makes use of public transport or is allowed to leave the centre at the end of the session, Intuitive Academics does not take responsibility for any and all causes that may endanger the safety of the child once they have left the premises.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

  • If students continuously demonstrates inappropriate behaviour after guidance procedures have been followed, their parent will be notified and the student may be removed, suspended for a period to be determined or excluded permanently from Intuitive Academics.

FEES & BOOKINGS

  • Payment is due for all the sessions students are successfully booked in (and not cancelled within the relevant timeframe, where applicable), regardless of whether your child actually attends with exception to illness.

  • Fees are collected on the completion of a session.  Payment of fees is required before or by the due date found on the invoice/billing statement.

  • If your account is not paid in full by the due date, your child’s/children’s enrolment and booked sessions may be in jeopardy and may be subject to exclusion from the services

  • Intuitive Academics has a 24-hour cancellation policy, which applies to: Session 2: 4:30pm – 5:30pmSession 3: 5:30pm – 6:30pm. If a cancellation for these sessions is made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time, all fees associated with the booking are forfeited and are not eligible for replacement or pro-rata adjustment, except in cases of sickness or urgent, unforeseen events, including: death in the immediate family, unforeseen accidents leading to hospitalisation, life-threatening or critical health emergencies.

  • Intuitive Academics has a Session 1: Non-Refundable Policy. Due to high demand for Session 1 (3:15pm – 4:15pm), this session is strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed for this time slot, the full session fee is payable regardless of attendance or notice of cancellation.  Session 1 bookings are not eligible for credit, pro-rata adjustment, or transfer due to cancellation. Exceptions will only be made on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the director.

  • Priority bookings for replacement classes will be offered to families who are currently enrolled, with all replacement sessions allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Intuitive Academics is under no obligation to accommodate rescheduling requests.

  • Intuitive Academics retains the right to update the price, policies of all their services where they see fit.​
